A\u015f\u0131lar\u0131n i\u00e7indeki mikroorganizmalar canl\u0131d\u0131r fakat, zay\u0131flat\u0131ld\u0131klar\u0131 i\u00e7in insanlarda hastal\u0131k yapamazlar. Bu virus genomuna bir ta\u015f\u0131y\u0131c\u0131 gibi korona proteinleri de \u00fcretecek gerekli genetik kodlar eklenerek v\u00fccuda girmesi sa\u011flan\u0131r. Bu sayede ilgili korona vir\u00fcse ait proteinlere kar\u015f\u0131 savunma sistemimizin uyar\u0131lmas\u0131 temin edilir. &nbsp;Sputnik-V ve Oxford\/AstraZeneca a\u015f\u0131lar\u0131 bu gruba aittir.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Mesajc\u0131 RNA (mRNA) A\u015f\u0131lar\u0131 (Biontech\/Pfizer A\u015f\u0131s\u0131)<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>mRNA h\u00fccrelerimizde DNA\u2019dan gelen emirler do\u011frultusunda sentezlenen ve ribozomlar \u00fczerinde istenen proteinlerin sentezlenmesini sa\u011flanan kodlar\u0131 ta\u015f\u0131yan bir molek\u00fcld\u00fcr. A\u015f\u0131 uygulamas\u0131nda Laboratuvarda yapay olarak \u00fcretilen mRNA\u2019lar t\u0131pk\u0131 kendi mRNA\u2019lar\u0131m\u0131z gibi \u00e7al\u0131\u015farak vir\u00fcse kar\u015f\u0131 bizi uyarmay\u0131 ama\u00e7lamaktad\u0131r Ribozomlardaki i\u015flemini sonland\u0131ktan sonra oradan protein \u00fcretim merkezi olan ribozomlardan ayr\u0131l\u0131r ve h\u00fccre stoplazmas\u0131 i\u00e7erisinde par\u00e7alanarak monomerlerine ayr\u0131l\u0131r yan\u0131 par\u00e7alan\u0131r. V\u00fccudumuza giren her yabanc\u0131 partik\u00fcle kar\u015f\u0131 (antijene) kar\u015f\u0131, ilk etapta, bir antikor \u00fcretilerek cevap&nbsp; verilir ve tehlike bertaraf edilir.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Bu a\u015f\u0131 sisteminde de vir\u00fcs\u00fcn tan\u0131nmas\u0131 ve ba\u011f\u0131\u015f\u0131kl\u0131k sistemimizin aktif hale ge\u00e7mesini sa\u011flayacak proteinlerin h\u00fccreye d\u0131\u015far\u0131dan verilen mRNA taraf\u0131ndan \u00fcrettirilmesini sa\u011flayacak bir plan mevcuttur. Yine mRNA i\u015fini tamamlay\u0131p h\u00fccrelerimize vir\u00fcse ait antijenik molek\u00fcl\u00fc \u00fcrettirdikten sonra ortadan kald\u0131r\u0131l\u0131r. Memeli h\u00fccrelerinde mRNA \u00f6m\u00fcrleri birka\u00e7 dakikadan g\u00fcnlere kadar uzanabilir. \u0130nsanda 12-24 aras\u0131nda mRNA ortadan kald\u0131r\u0131d\u0131\u011f\u0131 literat\u00fcrde ge\u00e7mektedir. Biontech\/Pfizer, Moderna a\u015f\u0131lar\u0131 bu gruba girmektedir.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Sonu\u00e7 olarak Covid-19 ve varyantlar\u0131 nedeniyle kullan\u0131lan a\u015f\u0131lar D\u00fcnya Sa\u011fl\u0131k \u00d6rg\u00fct\u00fc ve t\u00fcm d\u00fcnyadaki saa\u011fl\u0131k kurlumlar\u0131 taraf\u0131ndan ve de a\u015f\u0131y\u0131 kullanmaya karar veren \u00fclkeler taraf\u0131ndan her y\u00f6n\u00fcyle incelenmektedir. \u00dclkemizde \u015fu anda kullaan\u0131lan a\u015f\u0131lar\u0131n g\u00fcveni\u011fi ile ilgili hi\u00e7 bir problem yoktur. A\u015f\u0131lar\u0131 etki mekanizmalar\u0131 nedeniyle yan etkileri olabilmektedir fakat bu yan etkiler tolere edilebir ve normal grip olan insan\u0131n ya\u015fad\u0131\u011f\u0131 etkilere benzer etkilerdir. Fakat Covid-19 vir\u00fcs\u00fc baz\u0131 bilemedi\u011fimiz nedenlerden dolay\u0131 \u00e7ok sa\u011fl\u0131kl\u0131 baz\u0131 insanlarda bile \u00f6ld\u00fcr\u00fcc\u00fc olabilmektedir.
